16th June 2008The hotel is lovely and more than measured up to my expectations. I'm not particularly impressed that my friends told me at 11pm as I was just about to go to my room that the hotel is haunted - not sure if it is or if they were pulling my leg, but can't hold my friends comments against Malmaison. One thing I would note is that I was given this room stay as a gift, my partner booked it on late rooms and included his payment details. However, I was asked for payment by Malmaison on departure as my partners card was to hold the room only - this was slightly disappointing, as I actually ended up paying for a room that I had gifted to me:-( However, I will definately stay again. |
