The stairs are very awkward and steep. The staircase and the carpet were very grubby with a weird smell on the landing.
The luggage was carried up for us. Room 58 could do with voile curtains to protect privacy from the road when necessary.
Value is ok, but the extra charge for breakfast is de trop.
The hotel is very quiet and pleasant, parking no problem, lovlely walk into town centre and a huge park nearby.
